We have tested 2 moulds, one is with big heel, another is shell type sole, and for big heel are always problem for compression press, and we injection molding with very high quality, only 3 grams flash.
It is good news that Lary developt 3rd generation rubber shoe injection machine got big success last week!
During 5 months hard work, Mr.Luis Rolo directly our engineer team developted our 3rd generation injection machine, we deveopt our oil heating system, to have more precision temperature and save energy. with 2 moulds testing, we produce very high quality for big heel product, only 3 grams flash, and less curing time.
